WHAT APPLICATIONS DO MUSHROOMS HAVE IN STUDIES?
Mushrooms contain active biomolecules such as beta-glucans, ergosterol, GABA, linoleic acid, hericenones, etc.
Preparations made from unique species and specific synergies help complement your lifestyle.

THE REASON FOR THE PROPERTIES OF MUSHROOM
The R&D researchers at Hifas da Terra, among others, have contributed to describing the scientific basis that explains the impact of fungi.

HISTORY AND TRADITION
ORIGIN OF THE USE OF FUNGI
Fungi have been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for centuries over the last two millennia (Aung, Steven Kh. et al., 2005). This is recorded in its earliest medical texts, which detail the uses of one of the most famous fungi: Reishi or Ling Zhi (Ganoderma lucidum).

PRESENT AND FUTURE
Currently, there is active research into the use of fungi in various areas.
"Hifas da Terra is a leader in knowledge about pure ecological fungi, with new research and clinical trials (with the University Hospital of Ourense and the Meixoeiro Hospital in Vigo, among others) and uses sustainable technologies (green technologies) in its extraction processes. From our own fungal strains, we develop high-quality natural products (nutraceuticals, health products and novel foods)."
